Process
Tonic Travel™’s process is simple and our approach relies on personal contact to ensure your tailored itinerary suits your style and budget.
1. getting to know each other
To begin, just fill in the Visitor Profile to give us some background on your travelling style and trip expectations. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of Tonic Travel. While we prefer four weeks lead time to create your tailored itinerary, we are also able to accommodate requests with shorter timeframes.
2. finalizing the practicals
Once we receive your completed Visitor Profile we will contact you to discuss your ideas in more detail. From there, we will agree on a price for your tailored itinerary and send you an invoice for payment via the secured transaction site of PayPal.
3. planning begins
Once your payment has been received we will begin crafting your personalized itinerary. Tonic Travel does not use set itineraries - your custom-designed itinerary will reflect your personal interests, preferences and travelling style.
Tonic Travel is not a travel agency and does not make transportation or accommodation bookings on your behalf. We are happy to provide suggestions and will do so early in our correspondence, if requested.
4. over to you
We will send your printed itinerary, along with detailed maps, brochures and other relevant information in a convenient folder. This package will be couriered as far in advance as possible to allow time for additional questions prior to your departure. Should new information or ideas become available prior to your departure, we will provide an addendum with any additional suggestions.
5. how was it?
We will contact you upon your return to ensure your visit was all that you had expected and to gather any feedback you wish to share.
